Quality & Process Control
- Quality Engineer QE： Responsible for docking customer product quality process requirements, analyzing and handling abnormal product production quality, formulating improvement plans to follow up on implementation according to customer complaints about bad problems, etc.
- Design Verification Engineer DQA： Responsible for product reliability verification testing of new products
- PA： Responsible for the product function test and aging of the products submitted for inspection by IPQA of the production line according to customer requirements
- Production line IPQA： Mainly responsible for the confirmation of the first piece of product production (checking the product CDF table), the process inspection of key positions (including relevant quality documents, forms, etc.), checking whether the production materials, product functions, etc. Timely notification of product production exceptions
- Automated IPQA： Mainly responsible for the confirmation of the first piece of automated semi-finished product production (check the product CDF table), including product device thrust testing, red glue/solder paste printing effects, etc., automated production process audit (including related quality documents, forms, etc.), check production Material feeding situation, and sampling and sampling inspection of automated finished products
- OQA： Mainly responsible for online sampling inspection of appearance and function of production products according to quality sampling standards, and checking production specifications and quantities of products, and post a certificate of conformity after confirmation
●Automation special management team 
Promote the improvement of automated quality control capabilities, standardize automated quality management, and improve production quality (mainly involving equipment standard management, standardization of operation, spot inspection, maintenance, parameter setting, etc., as well as on-site control, red glue solder paste management, etc.)
